I was sorry to read this review, as we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
I'm slightly confused as you didn't have a service, and looking at the health check from the MOT, the air conditioning was tested and registering at 3 degrees celsius. I also believe you waited for the work to be completed and commented on the day how happy you were.
However, if you are still having an issue with the air conditioning, please get in contact and we'll certainly get that rectified for you.
