    Blatantly lie to your face .

    I would *NEVER* deal with DJ Weavers in Talbot Green again .

    Further to my recent conversation with Luke Price ... this is to confirm that I was lied to, not just feeling lied to & that I had to contact Motobilty regarding the tyres that were put on my vehicle by yourselves , not DJ Weavers as stated asking for Premium Tyres to be fitted instead of the rubbish ones that were put on My Kuga Titanium X , and nothing was ever mentioned about collecting my vehicle whatsoever .
    I was also told by Motorbilty that it was NOT for the dealership to inform customers that they had to be ordered through them & that Kwik-Fix were still and still are changing tyres for Motobility customers .

    Good Afternoon Alison, I was very alarmed to read your review, we take great pride in the level of service we provide and wouldn't want any customer to leave feeling dissatisfied, never mind feeling lied to.

    We've since contacted you to discuss your concerns which as we understand it, relate to the changing of tyres last year and that we hadn't notified you that your lease was coming to an end.

    With regard to the tyres, we understand that you wished for a premium brand to be fitted and not the midrange tyres approved by Motability. When we expressed your concerns to Motability they further authorised us to fit Premium tyres to your vehicle and upon arranging for us to collect the vehicle from your home and replace the tyres for you, you notified us that you would go to Kwik-Fit instead.

    You further mentioned that you were dissatisfied that you hadn't received a reminder that your Motability lease was coming to an end. It is our understanding that Motability notify their customers as the vehicle lease is nearing completion and our records show that we additionally send you an email on the 31st May. Taking your feedback on board, in future we will ensure that we're more persistent towards the end of contract and ensure that we confirm that you are in receipt of this notification.

    As I have previously said, I'm always very unhappy to hear about any level of customer dissatisfaction, this occasion is no different and I do offer you my sincere apology on behalf of the service department, you've had contact with our Aftersales Director and expressed your concerns but should you wish to discuss anything else I'd always encourage you to get in touch.
