    Went in for service and I got yellow spanner light on,told renault, and they said they can't do the repair

    Car collected and delivered back promptly by a friendly driver.
    I was sent a video of the service but due to noise distortion couldn’t understand a thing. I advised of this in my feedback of the clip.
    The driver handed me the paperwork on the car’s return. I sat down later to read it but due to garage jargon I couldn’t really tell how the car is. I read there was no work to be done so I assume all is well. The letters Y and Y underlined were confusing and didn’t tell me much. I guess it’s up to me to pursue if I want a driver friendly report
