    Ben was really helpful and kind.

    He took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed and made sure I was comfortable. He was also very understanding of my autistic daughter who was very excited and loud, so it was nice to feel accepted.

    At handover Ben helped me fully understand everything. The likelihood is, is that when I change my car in 3 years I had have another Renault based on this experience.
