    Car was booked in for new alternator primarily, after sirus found it was over charging the battery and I had had countless breakdowns. They called to say service was done but they hadn't done the alternator and despite having the car Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday claimed they didn't have time to do the alternator when that's what it primarily went I'm for. This is a heavily adapted wheelchair vehicle that uses the battery very differently to a non adapted vehicle and when my stage one adaption company have been out and assessed the vehicle after multiple breakdowns and found the battery was holding too much charge and it was a fault on the alternator, this dealership refuses to listen to the specialist company and returned the car after I had been without it for 4 days with no new alternator fitted. Claimed they didn't have the part in stock even though the car had been booked in befire christmas for a new alternator on Tuesday 14th Feb they hadn't got an alternator in stock !!! Disgusting service. They have no idea how dependent wheelchair users are on these vehicles and how it breaking down countless times is more than just inconvenient. This car was booked in for an alternator and for them to do a service ONLY if they had time. It came home after 4 days having had a service but no new alternator and I am left as a vulnerable wheelchair user using a car that still has a fault that causes the car to break down on me intermittently. Communications with the dealership have been awful with them not informing me the customer of things, not returning calls resulting in the specialist adaptions centre having to chase them up when they haven't phoned back. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone on motability scheme or anyone who falls in avulnerabke category. Absolutely Disgusting. If I could submit a review with zero or a minus stars I would unfortunately the lowest it will alow is 1 star. I don't even feel they deserve that one star. Never had a car back from a service without it being washed and hoovered either. Disgusting

    Left in limbo, tyres are low tread, not advised to get changed. Oil leak at crank, not informed if urgent repair needed or just seeping and should be fine till the next service, at kwik fit now as van had a flat tyre this morning aftrr van was returned yesterday...
