    We had a good experience at Sinclair Skoda Swansea, staff were friendly and helpful, it was easy to make an appointment to initially view a car. We dealt with Joe throughout the process of getting a car, Joe was very knowledgeable, helpful able to answer any queries we had, kept us informed throughout the process on progress of vehicle we had chosen. Arranged everything for us, adaptations, insurance, etc. great hand over , everything about the car was clearly explained and how to adjust adaptations discussed,
    Reception staff were very friendly , show room easily accessible, altogether a great experience.

    Sinclair Škoda were amazing. We turned up the day we first test drove the vehicle full of anxiety as we are new to this and were put at ease straight away. We’ve never had an EV before so everything with the car was so different to what we were used to. On collection day they talked us through the car to make sure we understood it all and sent on our way totally satisfied with the service. Excellent
