- Rating 5.0Jan 1, 2025I could not recommend these guys enough especially Joe, the whole process from ordering our new car to going to collect the car was so smooth and just so stress free, we were kept updated through the whole process we knew when the car was being built etc, the car was also ready almost a month early so that was a massive bonus, the whole application to signing for the car was all done digitally on an iPad so there was no need for a million pieces of paper that needed to be signed, then on the day of delivery everything again was done digitally, they even taxed the car for us so there was no stressing about that, Joe also took his time to show us around the car and how everything worked, he was so patient with us going through everything on the car and at no point did we feel rushed or that we were causing an inconvenience to any one, it was such a fantastic experience and I can’t recommend them enough, if you can get to this dealership please use them as they are fantastic and deserve as much recognition as possible, they definitely have a customer for life now as this is the best experience I’ve had at any dealership.

From the point of when I was looking around at different cars, and went into skoda in swansea, Ryan was fantastic, very knowledgeable, knew everything about the cars and different models. Right uo until yesterday when I picked the car up, Ryan was supportive all the way through. No question was a hassle and really put me at ease in ordering my first electric car, will definitely use again. Thank you skoda swansea and thank you Ryan.
