    This garage couldn't do enough to be helpful! Was a pleasure talking with the servicing team.
    Only issue was Motability wouldn't authorise a wiper change after 2 years of use but that's not the garages fault and I was informed that might happen when I dropped the car off.

    Not good to be.honest car been off the road for months to be honest i did tell motability to cancel it

    The staff were excellent but the car broke down the next day following the installation of a software update. I am still waiting for my car to be repaired.
    I still have not heard anything back from you about my car. I am unable to get out of the house without my mobility scooter and I need my car to carry it.
    Please advise ASAP on progress.

    Jacob @ Sinclair Seat was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, went above and beyond, nothing was to much, did everything we asked, made the process simple and quick, everything was made easy to understand! Can’t fault Jacob or Sinclair.

    Edit - after sales at seat is absolutely appalling, first fault was after 70 miles, and still waiting for a call back from after sales, while waiting for them to ring a second fault occurred, completely ignored by seat. Jacob promised a call back from after sales 10 days ago, and still awaiting and emails being ignored, selling you a car they seem to care, after that not so much, suppose there commission is based on sales not repairs!
