    The people at FRF Toyota Swansea were all excellent. My main contact was with Callum who was very good and kept me regularly updated regarding the arrival of my new car via texts and videos. When I picked up the new car, the changeover was very smooth and fairly quick. Patrick was able to show me many of the functions on the car and was very knowledgeable and explained the features very clearly. Everyone was polite and considerate and the overall experience was very positive. I would recommend this dealership to others.
