Made to waste time and energy travelling to a dealership promised every time that I'd be getting a test drive only to find out when I arrived that I had wasted my time,I decided to write a review because the last time I traveled to the dealership they had no idea why I was there and questioned me on why I even needed to test drive a car, I felt like I was just getting in the way of there day and not like I was a customer who had ordered a car and been lied to multiple times.
1. I was questioned on why I even wanted to test the drive at all when I was in the dealership and was told "You've already ordered the car and seen the car, what do you want from a test drive", when I said I was frustrated and had lost confidence in the dealership I was told by the sales manager that I had the option to cancel the order.. over a test drive..
2. I have been told to come to the dealership to drive the car only to be given someone else's car, couldn't actually look at anything and I had a staff member making me feel nervous watching me drive his bosses car.
3. The point on models being higher powered and higher spec is a complete lie and is just a way to make them seem like they haven't completely ignored me since ordering the car.
4. I have maybe gotten one phone call since ordering my car even though I've you are going to call and speak with me, the sales manager himself was the last person I spoke to in the dealership and he told me face to face I would get a call back to finally arrange a normal 1 hour test drive.
