    Richard was a blessing, he managed to sort out my car and get all that I needed within a few days. It really saved the experience in the end for me as I had a shocking time before he took the case over.

    Dreadful
    No parking available . Lots of vehicles parked and using disabled bay. Fortunately I researched car and had decided it’s the one for me subject to test drive. Felt very rushed and no help with questions. Made order but no updates only when inquired and no return calls. (Was not pestering)
    When car was due to be collected same issue with parking. Signed pin no and payed advance payment completed. Vehicle brought round from back and on our way told.it was fully charged only to find it was 50/percent. This was so BIG difference than our mini from Sytner Sarah Whitaker was so good and helpful from start to collection.
