- Rating 5.0Apr 4, 2023I ordered my first motability vehicle.Our sales executive was Darren Gibbs.He was great.We were allowed literally hours of free access to the vehicle by ourselves to make absolutely sure it was right for my needs,I would occasionally go to his desk to ask questions.I also had a pre-prepared list of questions aswell.With his guidance we added the right extras for my needs.I felt totally at ease the entire time.We had previously experienced very pushy and arrogant salesmen at other manufacturers. Telling us if things like "if you don't order now the prepayment will be doubled in April etc to try and force a sale. so I was extremely nervous beforehand and when we arrived... but with Darren there was non of that,just friendly advice and information when needed and I can't wait to receive my motability car.Thankyou Darren.!
