- Rating 5.0Dec 5, 2025They were amazing I believe the lady is called Laura .. she explained all about the mobility scheme .. she showed me round a car I liked and took me for a test drive , she explained basics I went ahead and she arranged the vehicle to be collected on 4th December .. less than a week wait .. on collecting the vehicle Laura sat in the vehicle with me and showed me a lot of the features .. explained how the basics worked .. and told me I can go back any time I wish and she will help me with anything I don’t understand .. totally an amazing experience with fantastic friendly staff all of them spoke to me on both occasions I went to the dealership .. very impressed

Despite this, it wasn’t an issue and the man who welcomed me took great care of me and went through all the available options and gave some insight into the differences in available options and still arranged to take me out for a test drive. The agent was really good at explaining all the different features really well without it feeling like a hard sell.
