It was a same car which we ordered by other dealer but was taking time the car was not even build and we already waited 8months. We needed a car asap for our son. We were happy to travel 4 hours to the dealership from our home.
I contacted the dealership and arranged a visit. I’am so thankful to Mr. Thomas who helped us and served us and explained us everything in detail how the application process works. He completed the order application. It was our first order through Motability. With in 2 days I received a call from Mr. Thomas that the car was ready to collect. We were so happy and arranged a date to pick the car. Unfortunately on the day we booked in to pick up the car Mr. Thomas was on leave that day but arranged everything so well and we were welcomed by Mr. Felix, who explained us everything about the car functions and did the last paperwork. We loved the car and the colour. Mr. Felix handed us our new car. With in a week time we had our car. We were so happy and over the moon when we took the car home. We are thankful to Mr. Dent, Mr. Thomas and Mr. Felix who were very kind helpful and friendly. I really recommend this dealership to everyone.
