    After emailing for a third time to book oil change and mot. Once booked service excellent. Great communication when couldn’t meet agreed time to collect, explained parts needed and car was ready before new extended car.

    No one explained to me what work of any had been carried out, there was no video as there usually is either.

    The ad blue indicator was on and normally on previous occasions this has been topped up, it wasn’t on this occasion. Disappointed with the service received which is one of the reasons why I’m switching to another make and model after having the last 3 cars via VW

    Overall a very satisfactory service. Two stars deducted however for failing to repair a minor fault with the nearside wing mirror. This after talking to the service centre on the phone and detailing the fault in detail.

    My car went in for MOT, failed, communication was awful. I would phone for an update numerous times, told someone would call me back but that never happened, eventually contacted Motability direct and they were brilliant

    Collected car as arranged which was fine, however no communication at all & delivered car back half an hour after dealership closed leaving me unsure if it would be returned at all. A simple phone call would have prevented stress I don’t need.

    Dropped my car off for a service at half 9 in the morning and I didn't get it back until half 4 in the afternoon. No one kept me informed and I had to ring myself to see what was going on. Won't be using again!
