    Excellent from start to finish.
    James was brilliant in explaining the process in a clear and informative way. We received a video to say that the car had arrived in the uk docks and an appointment was made to collect.
    James took the time to explain all the car settings and his colleague Johnny phoned to make sure we were happy and made it home safely.
    Excellent service, couldn’t fault them at all.

    Skoda Oswestry were really helpful. Sorted me out a Courtesy car for whilst the service was being done. They kept in contact throughout the day and let me know of the progress. They explained everything. That needed to be done with the car and had that sorted. Brilliant service.
