    At Furrows Oswestry my experience was absolutely 5STAR. Great Customer Service. I was greeted with a warm welcome ,Great 1 to 1 discussion with my disability PIP representative (TOM) . He was very attentive to my needs , to what kind of car I was looking for, helping me with all the paper work and making sure my choice of vehicle was the right one for me. A brilliant unhurried Test Drive. Going round the outside of the vehicle and on collection showing me all the interior controls. Being in my 70’s he
    Gave me the time to think and take it all in. Calum who assisted me also on the day of collection was also helpful and again showed me all the controls and asked if I was unsure about anything. Both of these Motability Sales gentleman receive also FORD TEAM 10 out of 10 for me. Thank you so much to you all.
