    I am currently in complaint with these. Aswell as having my vehicle for almost 3 months. It failed it's original MOT in July Vic young went out to deal with a seat belt. Not the most failure then they charge you for another MOT knowing the issue has not been fixed. This company is scamming mobility. My complaint has been ignored and ombudsman are involved.

    A really fantastic experience specifically due to the staff at Stellantis and You Citroen Redditch. Their Motability lady Sara Stringer is excellent. She knows and does her job very well and thinks about the clients and their needs, before thinking about any vehicle and it's spec. I rate her so highly that I have followed her to several sites across Birmingham and now to Redditch. She is a real gem and will be a real asset to Stellantis Redditch.
