    Excellent service from Jason Foster, he was very professional and his knowledge of not only the vehicle we chose but also his knowledge of the Motability Scheme were exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble, he made us feel quite at ease and this made the whole experience of selecting the right vehicle for me relatively straight forward, easy and trouble free. I therefore would rate this whole experience as one of the best when choosing a suitable vehicle for my needs.

    Customer service is excellent, Mr Jason Foster who is the motability sales person who dealt with us, was very professional and his knowledge of the vehicles was excellent. He made us feel comfortable and under no stress to make an immediate decision. Would definitely recommend.

    Service and short video about the service was great, a very good idea and informative. However I have had a problem with the battery running flat over night, from the first day of purchase. RAC have been called out 5 or 6 times to date. The Sevice people did not seem interested in solving the problem. This will result in not purchasing a Mazda again.

    Our sales person was Ross McPherson who was outstanding all the way through the process, eg not pressuring when looking at the cars, but still answered any questions we had, He kept us updated every week and explained the car to me on handover, I really appreciate everything Ross did, give him a pay rise as Furrows Shrewsbury now have a customer for life.
