    Kyle was so friendly and supportive from the moment we met him as the Motability expert. I knew exactly what I wanted but didn’t know if it was at all practical given my disability. We realised we could make it work, and Kyle helped us order my dream car exactly how I wanted it and guided us through all the choices and options. I was kept updated at regular intervals and the car arrived a month earlier than expected. Once all the paperwork was sorted we went to see our gorgeous new Mini sat in a brightly lit room at the front of the dealership. Under the lights it looked so stunning. Kyle gave us as long as we needed to go through exactly how everything worked. He didn’t rush or try to skip bits assuming we wouldn’t notice it care, instead, he was thorough and clear, answering questions and making sure we understood. It took a while to get home, and by the time we got back, I knew I’d made the right choice. The Mini is perfect, and we would never have chosen one if it were not for Kyle.
