We were guided through all steps of the purchase and kept regularly updated during delivery period. The handover was easy we were shown everything we needed and have already been offered a follow up appointment to go through any questions we have.

Paperwork and a personal presentation of the new updates compared to my current model was all completed satisfactorily. My vehicle was cleaned and ready for me once I arrived back at the dealer. A 5* rating very easily achieved by this dealership. The only issue we found is with the new version of the Countryman which has changed it's door handles on both the exterior and interior. The new version handles are not compatible with the disabling condition my partner has and thus prevents her from opening the doors from either inside or outside of the vehicle
