    A single phone call resulted in a dealer visit and test drive. The Motability specialist Bradley was attentive from the moment we arrived, arranged refreshments and made us comfortable to discuss our requirements. My wife has a serious spinal condition and was very discerning of access into the vehicle and ride comfort. She took lots of time in getting a comfy seating position but Bradley spent time with us to make her comfortable. A 45 minute unaccompanied test drive was worthwhile as it convinced us of the ride quality and resulted in an order. Paperwork was completed without any fuss and confirmed in writing by the time we arrived home. Such a shame that other premier manufactures don’t appear to value the Motability customers and offer the same attention as Bradley at Citroen WR Davies (Stafford).
