- Rating 1.0Aug 22, 2023No communication as to when the car would be ready. I had to chase them. Then told I had to be at the dealership in 15 minutes so that there would be someone there. Was told car had been valeted then when I looked it hadn’t been, then I was told that the valeter had gone home at 4 o’clock. She even called the booking team to get my car back in again on Wednesday. Fabulous staff as always, nothing is ever too much and always made to feel welcome.
