From our first point of contact Kaiya explained every detail of the process.On our test drives and eventual collection of our new car she went out of her way to ensure that we understood the controls etc of the vehicle. We were kept updated throughout the order process with regular phonecalls as well as email updates.During the process of selecting our car we visited other DS dealerships, as well as other Marques to test their vehicles. DS Stafford in general and Kaiya in particular were head and shoulders above the others and it is because of the service we received we chose our DS7.

My first point of contact was Steve, who arranged a convenient time for me to have a test drive. On the day and subsequently, I have been dealt with by Kaiya. Both Kaiya and Steve were absolutely fantastic and great ambassadors for both the brand and dealership.
