    To explain why I think Arnold Clark's Stafford branch was such a good experience, I will need to give some context. I have physical issues that caused whole body pain and restrict mobility. This has been the case for over 25 years, but has become debilitating over the course of the last 15. These conditions make me feel very vulnerable. It's not only because of the pain, but the fear of more falls creating injury, not to mention the shame of finding oneself sprawled out on the floor, unable to get back up. All of this combined means I am fearful of leaving the house, and I distance myself from anyone and everyone apart from my family.

    From the moment I spoke with, Jamie, the AC representative, I was out at ease. It was made clear that Jamie would support me from beginning of the process until the end (and in fact, past the end of the process). There was no rushing, no trying to get me into the showroom to get me to 'close' on a deal, no forcing me to a timetable that I couldn't keep to. Jamie actually understood what living with these kinds of 'difficulties' actually means to the individual, and so, I was out squarely in the driving seat, no pun intended. We didn't actually meet until quite some time after I started to speak with Jamie, but when I did, he was the same, considerate, kind and accommodating person if been speaking with all this time. Throughout the process, Jamie kept me up to date with any news he had, but I'm sure he was doing this mostly just to reassure me he was 'my guy' and he was always on to of getting the car to us as soon as possible.

    Jamie's character, like us all, is a complex combination of traits, and as such can't be summed up in a few sentences, but if I had to pick only one word to give a general sense of how he work with his customers it would be honour. Jamie's honour means you are his priority and he will do anything and everything to ensure you are always the focus. In short, AC have a fabulous representative in Jamie. All his future customers will be grateful they have him looking after their best interests.
