I write to you in relation to W R Davies Nissan in Stafford.
I am a motability customer, and yesterday, picked up a brand new Nissan Juke on the motability scheme from WR Davies in Stafford, sold to me by Nikki Hawley.
This is the second Nissan I have had from this dealership, and this time in particular, I want to express how welcome I was made to feel, how easy the sales and test drive process was, and how great and professional the hand over experience was.
Prior to deciding to go with Nissan again, I did go and have a look at a few other cars, from a few other manufacturers, where the service I received from one in particular, was deplorable
Having previously had a Qashqai on the scheme, and liking the Juke also, I decided to pop along there, with no appointment made, to have a look. Despite not making an appointment, I was made to feel very welcome, all the staff were fantastic, and a test drive was arranged by Nikki for a few days later.
The test drive was great, informative and everything explained in detail. The sales process could not have been better, and certainly better than any other experience I have had previously.
The handover yesterday was efficient, detailed and nothing was too much trouble.
I would like to commend W R Davies Stafford, and in particular, the motability specialist Nikki Hawley for making the whole experience as pleasant and as easy as possible. This really was much appreciated after horrible experiences at other manufacturers.
I would greatly appreciate it if my email / comments are passed onto the relevant seniors for the dealership, as I believe service like this should be praised, and rest assured, when my lease is due for renewal, I'll be straight back to Nissan for my next car.
