    Outstanding, if I could give more stars I would. I was very anxious as its my first motability car and didn't know what to expect but Dom made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door, very professional, non judgemental and friendly, he went through everything in terms and at a pace I could cope with and understand, he was very reasurring, nothing was to much bother and the wait for my car was a month which was exactly as he said, the lady who showed me round my new car was lovely I was able to ask questions and wasn't made to feel rushed. I highly recommend Holdcroft mazda Stoke and Dom. So happy, thank you so much x

    Communication was appalling, never been spoken to in such a patronising manner, customer service even denied conversation they had and why would I make it up. No one informed me of a fault and it was needed to be rebooked In they said they left a voice message but no one did or tried to ring I checked the number they held and it was mine. Then stated to collect car on Monday but never spoke to me even through they said would speak by end of business Friday. They booked it for Tuesday but didn’t ask prior
    No one should assume motability customers could have many hospital appts which I do.
    They have no customer care, apology is even patronising how they can be a motability dealer lol fails me. It’s my worst experience and would never have Mazda again I had problems last year. I’ve never had issues with other makes of cars or dealers at all.

    Natalie was lovely, very friendly and welcoming, and sorted me out straight away, no trouble at all. Very grateful to her and looking forward to having my new car.
    Just to mention the motorbility event that I was invited to across the road from the Renault garage - that was a complete waste of time. Not impressed at all, staff standing chatting rather than coming to chat to customers about the cars. After 30 mins, I left, not having spoken to anyone.!
    I went to the Mazda garage and thankfully Natalie was extremely helpful .
