- Rating 3.0Aug 8, 2023I waited 2 hours 15 minutes while a pre-booked MoT was carried out. I was told it would take about an hour! The seats in the waiting area were comfortable and coffee etc was available, but motoring magazines from 2121!! And no articles about Volvos. The car was professionally valeted and staff were pleasant but the wait was unacceptable.
