    Thank you for the opportunity to comment. My historic discussions with Holdcroft Volvo management left me feeling excluded. I found HV management to be particularly parochial and insular. Therefore, my concern that customer personal information remains unsafe at HV continues to be relevant. I continue to be dissatissfied.

    I waited 2 hours 15 minutes while a pre-booked MoT was carried out. I was told it would take about an hour! The seats in the waiting area were comfortable and coffee etc was available, but motoring magazines from 2121!! And no articles about Volvos. The car was professionally valeted and staff were pleasant but the wait was unacceptable.

    Friendly and i was provided with a great courtesy car during the service and mot ,i can't fault volvo over the last 3 years and the lady on service reception was always helpful and pleasant.
