    Generally very good but they had no internet which limited certain things (paperwork) being sorted efficiently. They now charge Mobility customers £30 to collect there car and they try to get £30 off you for a courtesy car admin fee change over.

    Very poor unfortunately. We did not know much about cars and were directed towards Nissan in order to see a large SUV for my family’s disability needs. We came to this Nissan and directed towards a car in which we were informed that all these colours are available within one week delivery. We came again the following week and then ordered the vehicle but then told this colour in the car will take 3 weeks to our astonishment. I felt misled and disheartening for my disabled husband and son. I went online and found the same vehicle same exact model same colour available online on the Nissan website. There were two available. If Nissan turn around and say it’s not “Holdcroft” then this is further misleading customers especially the ones who are disabled and no one to help them understand. I rang Holdrcroft Nissan and then ignored again and told “Josh will ring you tomorrow” this was last week and no one called us. It had to take reviews like these to get through these people, why? Why can you just not stick to your word and call back? Is it because you have now got our signatures and we now mean nothing? Extremely misled and dissatisfied customer. I should have seen their reviews online before I made this decision. Sadly to make it worse, this Louise Brunt who posted a response post above, requesting a “reach out to me to discuss further” and yes I did email her and again received no reply. Two more days. Thank you for your blind false message Louise Brunt.
