    Generally very good but they had no internet which limited certain things (paperwork) being sorted efficiently. They now charge Mobility customers £30 to collect there car and they try to get £30 off you for a courtesy car admin fee change over.

    Thank you for your feedback, our loan vehicles are still free of charge and insured on your own policy. Our head office changed the free collection charge at the beginning of the year and this is something we continue to review to give all of our customers a great experience, Regards, Louise
