    Very disappointed. I booked my service 3 weeks in advance to ensure I could get a loan car. I received a call the evening before to tell me that the loan car I booked was not available, but if I didnt mind waiting, it should "only take about an hour". Upon arriving, I was told "it will be at least 2 hours cos we're busy". So I arranged a taxi to take me home, followed by 2 more taxis later to take me to and from a hospital appointment. After 4 hours I called them to see if there had been a problem with the service, and was told "it had just been finished". So I arrived shortly after to collect it and asked why it had taken so long and explained the inconvenience and added cost of taxis. I was told "yeah, the technician had a failed mot to do first. I explained the inconvenience again and asked if he thought that at the very least, an apology might be in order. He said "well, obviously we're sorry, I'll ask the service manager if we can make a good will gesture of reimbursing your taxi costs" he then handed me my key and paperwork, and promptly ushered me to my car. He said he needed to go get a key to move a car that was blocking me in, and sent out a young lady to move it. I've heard nothing else from him or anyone else at Holdcroft Hyundai. I really hope they don't treat all their motability customers as badly.

    Motability completely messed up our application this time by creating two duplicate accounts for me. We had emails saying go collect your new car and then when there they said no it’s too early. We had letters and phone calls saying there was no new application when we had the PIN number to prove we had. Just a nightmare. Through it all Holdcroft Hyundai were amazing. Especially Carol. She helped us so much. We are extremely happy we chose them this time and we love the car too.
