    Dropped my car off early morning and to be honest, wasn't expecting it to be the last car serviced however, whilst at the dealership, the staff we're lovely and friendly and offered to run me home which was helpful. The dealership itself, was clean with a plethora of vehicles to peruse so can't complain! Overall, very positive experience. Thank you.

    Service was fine would have gave 5. But curtacy car given too me had no fuel. No one said either ( disabled broke spine cant walk far)Having run ev 12 years . 500000 miles never gave a fault . 40 years driving never handed car on fumes. Car stuttered as approaching garage luckerly . So manage aviod running out fuel just. Then after car wasnt ready had curtacy second day had put more fuel in and broke down.AA said electrical. Left at that then today asked proof i put unleaded in as told diesel in take? I even phoned from petrol station to confirm unleaded not diesel.dealer got all reciepts and said have wait fuel test go from there. Told him i only put unleaded in and ive done 60 odd miles back forward to garage for reciept as credit card didn’t confirm fuel type. I dont mind and left at that. 1998 broke down france recovery said id put petrol in diesel pump broke after 450 mile run on tank. 18 months latter mate industrial chemist proved fuel liquifactions fell between the 3 garages fuels i used. So rac ended up £1954 out pocket.
    Happy to have proven i put unleaded in paul service happy proof sent. If stops there fine. I did not put contaminated fuel in the car. As was on fumes about cut out id look to previous loan not me.even though i was left disabled bad phone reception area no fuel and not warned , happy carry on using you. But if i get any sniff blaming me further i will defended myself. Ive phoned motorbility as you reported in put wrong fuel in and made them aware i didnt and will not be held responsable . If has contamination its loan car and already had it in tank. Sucking up fumes probly didnt help as i traveled 450 miles in 1998 and they tried say contamination settled on top and when i got low sucked up contamination? Didnt and proved it as i will here. Needless say happy co operate but any hint im being blamed after gave you proof i will defend and stop using dealer . Happy leave at that and hope you sort the car as you havent even tested fuel yet just told me machanic said smells of diesel? If had any in previously i put £27 fuel in for 120 miles so cant see how smells diesel. Im not well dont need hassle so happy leave as is . But anymore ill stop using dealer

    Very concise helpful customer service, however found out a week later the colour option not available. Neither was second choice
    In the end we had to take colour choice that Hyundai had decided to manufacture in our model option.
