    Serviced on time and communications were perfect. But when I asked to fix a minor issue with underfloor covering , which was slightly detached on one side they said it has to dealt through the insurer! It only required a zip tie or screw to fix it back it place. Not impressed

    Mark who helped us every step of the way in a very professional manner coupled with a degree of warmth making us feel relaxed and very happy knowing that he listened to our requirements and ensured every one of them were achieved.
