    The only reason it wasn’t ( stars was because in my report I received it said the service book was missing despite me telling the delivery driver where if was.

    I dealt with lewis at the Nissan branch at Cars2 in Huddersfield and although the process hasnt finished just yet (need to collect the car), he has been great through everything and very understanding. He made the process very easy

    General staff are friendly and polite however Thea Louise Morris, the general manager had a bad attitude, she was impolite and argumentative when I requested, as promised, a brief inside and out clean of my car after an MOT.

    I have been to several Nissan garages across the UK, but I felt particularly unwelcome here and unvalued as a customer, especially as someone on the Motability scheme. I was also visibly wearing my sunflower lanyard to indicate a hidden disability, yet no compassion or care was shown.

    If you are telling customers that you offer an inside and out clean on the phone before booking, but then on the day don't deliver what was promised, that is unacceptable.

    I expected a higher level of service provided, including professionalism and courtesy, following through on agreed processes, in particular for disabled customers with mobility or sensory needs.

    She informed me a complaint would be made to head office about this miscommunication, however I do not feel this will actually be followed through, due to her poor attitude and abrasive manner.

    As such, I would not recommend this Nissan garage unfortunately.

    However since my review, senior management have gotten in contact to apologise for my experience and have offered a car clean on an alternative date for me to come in, which was appreciated.
