    I have had to leave this as a 5-star review, as my feedback would not submit when selecting 1 star.
    My experience with the Motability scheme at Cars 2 Renault Huddersfield was terrible.
    I was told the car would be ready in the morning and to arrive then. When I arrived, staff were completely unaware of me. I was then told the car wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon as it hadn’t even been programmed and was still in the showroom. They had to move several cars just to get it out.
    I later rang to check if the car was ready and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I then had to travel down again, only to find the car already outside and waiting, with no communication to let me know it was ready.
    There were no car mats in the vehicle, and overall the staff seemed poorly informed about the Motability process. The whole experience was disorganised, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.

    Staff where really helpful but unfortunately the car was not ready for my arranged collection and I had to wait one hour until it was.
