    Exceptionally excellent!

    This has to be the best service we have received in the past 3 years of ownership!

    From the second of booking to the hand back of our car, we felt valued, respected and informed.

    My mum was literally blown over by the member of staff that visited our home to pick up and return the car.

    He went above and beyond to explain to her all elements of the process and answer any questions empathetically and thoroughly.

    Well done to the whole dealership and especially the gentleman that visits customers homes.

    You are all a credit to the scheme!

    Absolutely faultless hand over. Very quick. The salesman ask if i had any questions , which i had a couple and he answered, i was then on my way in my brandnew car and loving it A☆☆☆☆☆

    Brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable customer service from start to finish. Made the whole motability process so easy and stress free, always on hand to answer any questions I had, or give any updates. Really pleased with the handover when I collected the car too, I didn't feel pushed out the door once I'd received the car, they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy and confident in all the features of the car.     Would have given 1 star but The car service was good. I booked a courtesy car, I was kept waiting 3/4 hr while someone took it to fill up, should this not have been done the day before?? As my car was going to be all day I asked if I could pick it up in the morning, I was told, as long as it’s back for 8.00am. I had to get up at 5.15am to get the car back due to being so far & the amount of traffic. Got to the garage at 7.50am no one there till 08.05!!!! Then was told the guy I dealt with wasn’t in till 8.30am, also the guy who had booked the courtesy car had cancelled!!! & there was no need for me to take it in so early. I wasn’t phoned about this neither was I phoned back when I’d asked for a call back regarding my car. Same guy told me I’d have to pay £15 for a battery in the key fob when it’s covered by motability!!! Pretty bad customer service really.
