    Great customer service. Many thanks to the young lady who looked after us during the service. Sorry don’t know her name , she went the extra mile to ensure we had a loan car and explained the differences between our car . After the service on my car she also explained some of the technical details that I hadn’t realised the car possessed. I would definitely recommend the garage to have a BMW serviced.

    Excellent customer service through out.
    We was greeted but left to view with no pressure.
    We met a gentleman called Bash who helped and answered all our many questions. We both welcomed the hot drinks on offer.
    We both found the system they use to build the car of your choice really helpful instead of a black white print. We look forward to the test drive and it’s great to be offered to take the car for a few hours rather than drive for five minutes.
    We look forward to meeting with Bash very soon.
