When I arrived (I am the driver of the vehicle, as my husband is disabled) I was told that it had been booked for me to leave the car and return much later. However, as I was unable to arrange transport, they quickly got on with the service and dealt with it much quicker. I was impressed with how they dealt with this issue in a very professional way.
