Motability Scheme at Just MG Keighley

I presume the actual servicing was carried out successfully but I do have some issues about the whole booking system. I did originally booked this Motorbility service through your automated service booking system which was handy and allowed me to book at a time to suit me. I did opt to have the car washed and vacuumed out which was offered free of charge and was a nice gesture. A few days after I’d booked it I got another text asking me to book the card for service - when I rang up I was told that there was no evidence of this booking so I had to book it again - two weeks after my original date. The service was carried out but the car had not been washed or vacuumed out - somewhat disappointing.
Apparently the car has to come back to you to have a part fitted as part of a recall from MG - maybe this service could be rectified on this visit.

James was very helpful went threw all are options of cars that be suited to a under 25 driver explained difference between the 2 models that we wear looking at didn’t pressure us at all and was quick at doing paper work very happy
