    Was offered a car week later told it had gone then offered two picked one 4 days later told it had gone and could wait 4 months then ordered without confirming

    I arrived early and expected to wait around until collection time
    I was seen to within 5 minutes of arrival and everything went as smoothly as possible

    Not a good experience with Vertu. Car was only driven for 10 minutes and stopped working. It is now back in the garage for repair which could take weeks.
