    They were unaware that our car is a Motability so would t do work at first without contacting us. Dropped ar off at 9.30. Work not done until after 4pm

    Very easy experience with helpful staff. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve a fault meaning the vehicle will need to be returned hence 4* rather than 5*

    I was very happy with the whole experience, from booking a convenient appointment to the timely pick up and drop off of the car. The servicing was thorough and I appreciated the informative video. There was one problem highlighted that turned out not to be a problem (a piece of metal embedded in a tyre, which had obviously fallen off when I took it to the approved garage, so they found nothing wrong!). Otherwise, everything was good.
