    The service I received from the dealership is always great. I believe Matt and Eliot Lake dealt with the car this time. They both seemed on the ball. They went above and beyond by cleaning and valeting my little Hello Kitty car. The guy who picks it up and returns it to me is also very lovely. I was kept informed of the issue they'd found and it appears to have been rectified. What I have a serious issue with is the call centre. There is absolutely no way to get through to the dealership on the phone as you are barred by these horrendous gatekeepers who wouldn't know "customer service" if it hit them in the face. No accountability, no professionalism, and no care for the customer. I have driven Toyota, to the exclusion of all other makes, for over 30 years, from different dealers around the country where I've lived. As well as converting my Father who was a die hard Ford driver who never looked back after getting his firts corolla. But enough is enough. I know I am nobody to you but I'm sure I won't be the first or last customer to vote with their feet because of these call centre issues. I will be shopping for my next Motability vehicle in about 9 months and the first time in 30 years I will not be looking for a Toyota, and that makes me sad.
