    The first person Mike I think his name is, was incompetent , didn’t know the relevant information such as I need to bring letter they don’t take cash ect. I had to ask for some more competent after speaking with the mobility advisors. He gave me good advice and assured I had the right documents needed . I was then assisted to apply for my new car.
