    We were greeted with a lovely smile at the reception desk. We were seen by Craig almost immediately, which was nice. A lot of dealerships we've been into give you the "junior" or inexperienced with "the brand" rep when they find out you want motability.
    Craig was completely opposite, couldn't have done any more for us. To be honest he was the deciding factor we got a BMW. We left for a short while to make our mind up and on return the receptionist still remembered my name, which I thought was very nice.
