    Natasha made me feel welcome from the first step I took into the Mini dealership. She explained how everything was going to go throughout the day and that even took me through the courtesy car as I have only been in an automatic for two minutes before!
    I needed some work done but she put my mind at rest with that too and answered any questions I had. I really wish I could stay with mini for my next motability car but I can’t afford it. It’s a shame as the customer service is top class.
