    Yeah the service was okay I was surprised that they advisory was on two tyres that I had changed at kwik fit because they said they were dangerous im surprised Toyota didn’t change them also the car cleaning was not very good although my car was clean when I took it in it looked worse

    This was my 4 time using the dealership.
    And it was my first bad experience.

    The dealership seamed to be very over booked (to the point of them looking like they where not coping) with services and recalls, and new customers coming to buy and pick up there new cars, however despite the fact that there where lots of people in the back and one person out the front no one seems to know what was going on and everyone had to go out the back and check with somebody to find out what was going on and then coming back out and say they are not sure and it should be much longer and have you had a call to tell you it’s done despite waiting in the waiting room.

    When I get my keys back a big point was made about how they cleared my car, so when I got it back was let down to find the drivers mat hoovered and the out side just rinsed off but still dirty.

    It was a very disappointing experience.

    So all in all waited 7hrs for an MOT and wheel change. Siting on very uncomfortable seats.

    You need to employ more people as I waited for car Sat outside for an hour before the service the lady at reception was very helpful. It is a shame that the rest of the staff are not the same. and the people that clean the cars needs to be shown how to clean a car I shall not be allowing my car to be cleaned again.

    The man doing the service was asked to check the steering wheel as it did not move properly he told my husband it didn’t move we said check the manual as we have had the car for 3years &it does move when we picked it up he refused to do it as he was right it does not move but it does look in the manual we then got a phone call as they had had a problem with servicing that day we told him he said he would check &phone back he didn’t also they did not sign the service of in the book so we have no record of it also we are not happy that we only have the choice of one car in your Mobility range so feel we have no choice on our new car l will be phoning Mobility to see if you are offering a good service Mrs D Garey

    Unfortunately I cannot recommend the experience as we were given incorrect information from the advisor as he originally advised that I would have the price guaranteed from the original order date. Only to be told 3 days before pick up that this was no longer the case, I would need to pay double the original deposit. The advisor claimed this was a motability decision, yet when I checked with them, I was told it was a dealership decision not to honour the price match. The advisor consistently failed to take responsibility for his error. This lead to us being placed in a very uncomfortable financial position. I feel that some extra communication skills training would benefit him.
