    Process was explained easily as thus was my first time with the scheme. Application made simple by Oliver at the dealership and he kept in regular contact with updates on the delivery date of the car. On collection day we signed paperwork and Oliver spent time setting up both the Toyota app on my phone but also tine to go through the controls inside the vehicle. Did not feel pressurised in to buying any extras or higher spec models.
