    Found Emma the mobility person very rude and blunt . Told her the issue with my vehicle she told me I was wrong and laughed at me . Even though I was told a year before that my vehicle had leaking inside the suspension. Which was obviously true once the inspection was done. All my notes had been lost from before due to a change in their system so nothing was able to be accessed. Emma was very rude the way she spoke to me regarding issues with my vehicle , I didn’t find her customer service very good at all

    Excellent customer service. Daniel helped me find the right vehicle and managed to get it ready for collection In a week. On collection he showed me how to use the charger and took me through the functions and explained how everything works.

    Had difficulty initially due to their system saying I couldn’t order the ŠKODA enyaq. But after April 1st when new scheme price list came out it seemed to reset their system and I was able to order the vehicle
