    For me, the thought of entering a car showroom can be overwhelming especially when you have small children, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the VW branch in Harlow, Essex.

    We had a brief wait while we waited for one of the salesmen known as Stuart. The receptionist was friendly and showed us where to get hot and cold beverages.

    Stuart then introduced himself and at moments when I needed assistance he was able to clarify and was extremely patient. Even entertained my baby.

    I assumed we would have a long waiting list before collecting our vehicle but Stuart somehow managed to tick off everything on my wish list and get us our perfect model in 3 working days.

    We are literally blown away with the newest model and wish more salespeople had his same approach.
