    The people working at Seat Hatfield, on the day we're great. However, the booking was do e weeks before and still booked me for after my MOT was expired and left me with lots of inconveniences and made it worse in poor communication and lack of customer care thereafter.

    Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Maciej is a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process. I could have gone to a closer dealer but after such a good experience last time I wanted to stay with Maciej. Maciej was apologising profusely due to the terrible internet signal as the showroom is currently being renovated and they are operating from a cabin outside. This wasn't an issue for me. Thank you for such an awesome experience yet again!
