    Receptionist was so lovely both when we arrived and collected.

    The video was a cool touch showing what had been done during the health check.

    Had to email as a little confused with checking in online it showed a different date and also money owed- they responded promptly and reassured me the date was an error and confirmed my time and that I did not owe as covered by Motability.

    Mechanic ensure my car was available in the time frame I needed it to be.
