    Waiting to be seen by a motobility advisor was quite long but other than that everything went smoothly and we was explained our options.

    Service reps at counter were polite and friendly but car was not fixed despite them having it for 11 days. I will now need to rebook in for them to fix the issue. Frustrating to say the least as it is an hour round trip. I now need to rebook a hire car because apparently it will take 3-5 days!
