    I hardly give negative feedback,however, there were 3 things that made the experience tiring and unpleasant.
    There was a gentleman who assisted me as I walked in for my MOT. Firstly, the man attempted to log me in through their automated key drop computer, which just failed. Then he was asking me for the motability policy number. I said I was not asked to bring that in (never had to do this in the past). Then he said I need the policy number otherwise they will not loan me the vehicle to take home. I was on the phone to my brother at home, he located the file and I provided the man with the policy number. He refused to take it, saying that it is incorrect, I Then spent 30 mins on the phone to my brother at home, explaining to him there must be another number. This was the case! Then the man at Vauxhall asked his manager and she said the number I provided was correct and then he proceeded. He did not apologise for the stress and time he wasted of mine. When I went to pick my car up, they said it'll be ready by 5. I waited until 6 to receive my car. The man who dealt with me in the morning, ignored me and it was just an awful experience. Whatever the courtesy cleaning service they offered, was horrible. It left a damp smell in my car.

    Friendly helpful staff. Courtesy car was clean and ready.
    Car was returned clean and smelling wonderful. Service done and video sent to me. Messages and emails arrived to tell me when ready. Great service.

    Disappointed that they are stating the vehicle is unlikely to have enough fuel/charge to drive me home - I live 5 miles away and that I need to pay an extra £20 to avoid this. I believe it’s totally unacceptable.
