    Vehicle went in for MOT, service, and checks on the radio module due to a power drain as well as the DAB module not working and the satnav not working since getting the car.

    When I dropped it off, it had more than half a tank and was clean.

    Five weeks later I pick up the car and the DAB radio is still not working. Car was returned absolutely filthy inside and out, with no fuel left in the vehicle.

    Also, I was told by the receptionist that she took my car home to Loughton where she parked it overnight in the street to 'test drive'. How is this acceptable?
