    I was so grateful everybody help me Sue in the service department touch charge got my car booked and explained where I had to go to get my tire done and organised replacement car From start to finish everything went smoothly I definitely would stay with Volkswagen all the stuff there was extremely helpful from the man who cleaned the car to the girl who did the reception to Sue who did this service organising. I’m really happy.

    Car was held in for 11 days. Very limited communication or updates. No complimentary car wash, car was filthy on collection. Left to wait with no communication for 30mins when collecting car. Overall poor experience and unlikely to purchase a car from Volkswagon again. After taking the car away, I went to use the boot for my daughters wheelchair. The boot does not open and the tailgate motor has gone. RAC says a health/diagnostic test was not performed on the car as part of the MOT as this would have been identified and rectified before giving back to the customer. Very clear, Motability customers are not valued and corners are cut. Will not be purchasing a Motability car through Volkswagon again and a full complaint is being made.

    Disappointed I didn’t get an email back regarding the walk round my car following the health check. I couldn’t understand or hear him on the recording and I send an email to that effect with no reply.
