    Car was held in for 11 days. Very limited communication or updates. No complimentary car wash, car was filthy on collection. Left to wait with no communication for 30mins when collecting car. Overall poor experience and unlikely to purchase a car from Volkswagon again. After taking the car away, I went to use the boot for my daughters wheelchair. The boot does not open and the tailgate motor has gone. RAC says a health/diagnostic test was not performed on the car as part of the MOT as this would have been identified and rectified before giving back to the customer. Very clear, Motability customers are not valued and corners are cut. Will not be purchasing a Motability car through Volkswagon again and a full complaint is being made.

    Disappointed I didn’t get an email back regarding the walk round my car following the health check. I couldn’t understand or hear him on the recording and I send an email to that effect with no reply.

    Antony went through all of the options available in excellent detail. He advised what would be useful for us, pointing out those that he believed would not be of financial benefit in the long term.
    I was not going for the automatic option, but talked us through it & got us to look at different driving conditions. We are really happy now that we went for that option.
    A very positive & pleasant process and we're now looking forward to when we do eventually get our car.

    Since Marshall took over the ownership the Customer Service has gone down. For a Disabled person there should be an extra effort made. Even the Disabled Parking bay has normal vehicles parked in it.
