- Rating 1.0Sep 25, 2023Car was held in for 11 days. Very limited communication or updates. No complimentary car wash, car was filthy on collection. Left to wait with no communication for 30mins when collecting car. Overall poor experience and unlikely to purchase a car from Volkswagon again. After taking the car away, I went to use the boot for my daughters wheelchair. The boot does not open and the tailgate motor has gone. RAC says a health/diagnostic test was not performed on the car as part of the MOT as this would have been identified and rectified before giving back to the customer. Very clear, Motability customers are not valued and corners are cut. I was not going for the automatic option, but talked us through it & got us to look at different driving conditions. We are really happy now that we went for that option.
