I booked a loan car a month in advance and they said it was all confirmed on the 8 April they confirmed a loan kis seed GT line for my use ..
9th April took car to dealership 8.45am arrived 09.10am asked about the loan car when handing keys over informed no car was booked who did I book it with as they didn't do it right however if I can wait they will do the service for me while I wait ai it will be 1hr 30 mins to get it gone cleaned and back to me ... I had very little option other than to go ahead as I couldn't come back later ( I missed a hospital appointment at 10.30 which I called to reschedule for end of may (6 weeks later)
I called the booking center to see what happened and they said it was booked and ready to go and will send an email to the technician to confirm.
Any way no joy .
The car had a problem with a health check report broken engine mount had broken and stayed in the car and they don't know how this happened as it was still on the car and they don't have any in stock and will be ordered but don't know how long it will be as not readily available to order - Rating 5.0Apr 9, 2024Excellent service.
