    If I'm honest, I was not looking forward to the Showroom experience; the pushy salesman character that has an agenda trying to strong-arm me into committing to something I do not really want.

    In the past this has left me so confused and flustered that I have left with nothing and feeling more frustrated than anything else.

    However, I was pleasantly surprised by Coulsdon's Dealership Kia with Mr Archer's complete antithesis of this stereotype!
    A breath if fresh air, with the right combination of professional, informative and friendly persona at all times made me feel able to be comfortable enough to be myself, Which in turn allowed me to choose what I really wanted!

    Taking time to listen and paying attention to detail, I believe he understood what it was I was looking for and then set about explaining my options and with great patience, explained many, many times, answers to my questions.

    The Mobility Scheme is amazing in that I literally had to do nothing except check my details and sign (as they have everything set up already) really, that simple!

    Whilst out for a test drive, I felt completely at ease, again, no pressure and on our return back to the showroom, at no point did I feel any pressure to commit - for this I was most grateful!

    I honestly cannot believe how easy the Mobility Scheme system works - reading and applying at home takes all the long paperwork out of the experience in the dealership, making it so much more enjoyable!

    I have now successfully ordered the right car and very, very happy with my choice!

    I can happily say I enjoyed my experience and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

    I wasn't happy at all and I'm even more in happy now filling in this form as I spent 25 minutes explaining all the issues and when I summited it said opps we had a problem with summitng please try again later.

    I booked a loan car a month in advance and they said it was all confirmed on the 8 April they confirmed a loan kis seed GT line for my use ..
    9th April took car to dealership 8.45am arrived 09.10am asked about the loan car when handing keys over informed no car was booked who did I book it with as they didn't do it right however if I can wait they will do the service for me while I wait ai it will be 1hr 30 mins to get it gone cleaned and back to me ... I had very little option other than to go ahead as I couldn't come back later ( I missed a hospital appointment at 10.30 which I called to reschedule for end of may (6 weeks later)
    I called the booking center to see what happened and they said it was booked and ready to go and will send an email to the technician to confirm.
    Any way no joy .

    The car had a problem with a health check report broken engine mount had broken and stayed in the car and they don't know how this happened as it was still on the car and they don't have any in stock and will be ordered but don't know how long it will be as not readily available to order
